I’ve kept all of you !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for long enough. It is a Ford Racing Performance Short Shift Kit (Part# M-7210-GT) that I bought around 2006 and never ended up installing.
Nothing too exciting but it’s always nice to find things that you had absolutely forgotten about. Also, I was surprised to find that Ford Racing apparently doesn’t even make these anymore:

Neat! I would have never guessed that.

Yes, a simple, rectangular box was quite vague.
I would have been absolutely astounded if someone guessed it.

Even in the GT you can have a Cobb short shifter.

I don’t believe that it is manufactured by Cobb but I could be mistaken.

Didn't the GT have a gated shifter already?

If you’re asking whether the GT has an exposed gate similar to Ferraris, then no it doesn’t. It has a rubber boot.
This kit simply shortens the shifter throw.
